Chapter XII Supplementary Provisions


Article 210 Interpretation
(1) Controlling shareholders refer to shareholders holding more than 50% of the total share capital of the company. Although the proportion of shares held is less than 50%, the voting rights enjoyed by the shares held by them are sufficient for the general meeting of shareholders.
