At 9:00 on April 28th, the Mingde Building and Mingzhi Building of Mingde College completed the capping of the main structure, and a ceremony was held at the central square and the project site. Chairman of the board of directors and president of Shaanxi Jinye Science and Education Group Co., Ltd. Chairman Yuan Hanyuan, Vice President of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Vice Chair of the College Wan Xiaopeng, Director of Educational Industry Operations of Shaanxi Jinye Science and Education Group, Executive Director Zhao Tianjiao, Director of the Board of Directors of the College Leaders of the board of supervisors, leaders of the hospital, leaders of construction agencies, construction units, supervision units, design agencies, and on-site construction personnel attended the capping ceremony. The ceremony was chaired by the vice president of the college, Wang Binning.

In his speech, Zhao Tianjiao expressed his gratitude to the group companies and Northwestern Polytechnical University for their great support, and expressed gratitude to the relevant cooperative units and all builders. He said that the capping of the two buildings has provided a good start for the continued follow-up and transformation of the college. The college will enter an intensive period of investment and construction, and the overall school appearance and education infrastructure will be greatly improved.

   Wan Xiaopeng said in his speech that the Mingde Institute has been running for 19 years and that two new buildings have risen from the ground. It will be of great significance to the next step of development, especially the transfer and improvement of teaching quality. Clear-mindedness is to allow us to continue to remember our hearts and continuously improve the quality of personnel training. We must cultivate the talents of China for socialist construction. Mingzhi aims to inspire our people in Mingde to have the ambition to turn Mingde into a national reputation. Applied universities strive hard.

    Yuan Hanyuan pointed out in his speech that the capping of the two buildings is the first phase achievement achieved since the college implemented its transformational development strategy. From this year onwards, new comprehensive buildings will be constructed, Jiande Building, Fangfeiyuan, and Lily House will be successively constructed. The student restaurant implements eight major projects including the Library Center Plaza, College Entrance and the renovation of Lake Matilda. While continuing to increase hardware development and transformation, the college will also vigorously promote education and teaching reforms and vigorously introduce more high-quality talents. The hardware and software construction go hand in hand, the development of scale and the construction of connotation work together. Through the major historical opportunities of transfer and transformation, we strive to make Mingde College into a leading high-quality private college that leads Shaanxi. Afterwards, the leaders attended the watering ceremony on the roof of Mingxin Building.
