Chapter 11 Amendments to the Bylaws
Article 206 In any of the following circumstances, the company shall amend the articles of association:
(1) After the "Company Law" or relevant laws and administrative regulations are amended, the matters stipulated in the articles of association contradict the provisions of the revised laws and administrative regulations;
(2) The situation of the company changes and is inconsistent with the items recorded in the charter;
(3) The general meeting of shareholders decided to amend the articles of association.
Article 207 The amendments to the articles of association passed by resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders shall be subject to examination and approval by the competent authority, and shall be reported to the competent authority for approval. If any matters involving the registration of the company are involved, the change registration shall be handled according to law.
Article 208 The Board of Directors revise the Articles of Association in accordance with the resolutions of the general meeting of shareholders to amend the articles of association and the approval opinions of the competent authorities.
Article 209 The amendments to the articles of association belong to the information required by laws and regulations and shall be announced as required.
