Chapter 9 Notices and Announcements
Section 1 Communication
Article 181 The company's notice is issued in the following form:
(a) sent by hand;
(b) by mail;
(c) by way of announcement;
(4) Other forms prescribed in the Articles of Association.
Article 182 If the notice issued by the company is made by way of public announcement, it shall be deemed that all relevant personnel have received the notice upon the announcement.
Article 183 The notice of a meeting of the company convening a general meeting of shareholders shall be made by public announcement or otherwise.
Article 184 The company shall convene a notice of the meeting of the board of directors, which shall be written by hand, telephone, fax or mail.
Article 185 The notice of the meeting of the board of supervisors convened by the company shall be made by written delivery, telephone, fax or mail.
Article 186 Where a company notice is sent by a person, the person to be served shall sign (or seal) the delivery receipt. The date of receipt by the person to be served shall be the date of service.
If the company notice is sent by postal mail, the third working day will be the date of delivery from the date of delivery of the post office.
If the company notice is sent by way of an announcement, the date of publication of the first announcement shall be the date of service.
If the notice of the meeting is sent by facsimile, the date of fax transmission shall be based on the date displayed on the fax machine report form, and the second working day sent out by facsimile without display or display is the delivery date. The date of delivery of the notification by phone and e-mail is the date on which the self-talk and e-mail were sent. Article 187 As a result of the accidental omission, the notice of the meeting was not given to a person entitled to be notified or the person did not receive the notice of the meeting, the resolutions made by the meeting and the meeting were not invalid.


Section II Notice
Article 188 The media designated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, such as the China Securities Journal, Securities Times, and the “Chuchao Information Network,” are designated by the company as media for the publication of company announcements and other information that needs to be disclosed.
The information disclosed by the company in other public media shall not precede the designated newspapers and websites, and may not replace the company announcement with other forms such as press release or answer reporter's question.
