After two years of investment in construction, the new factory and office building have been delivered. The relocation distance is up to 250 kilometers. The road is very far away, the number of equipment is numerous, the complexity is high, the time is tight, and the task is heavy. The company has held a number of special meetings for this purpose to research and demonstrate, and in advance developed a detailed implementation plan for the overall safe relocation of the site. In order to ensure the efficient implementation of the relocation work, the relocation of the equipment adopts a “rolling order” relocation method. The equipment is dismantled, transported, installed and commissioned in turn, so that the relocation work is carried out in an orderly manner and the efficiency is improved.
On December 15, the company introduced 10 new equipment gravure printing machines to the new plant in Urumqi. In the case of lack of handling equipment and tools in the new factory, during the unloading process, the company’s four employees and factory equipment installation and adjustment personnel With close cooperation, overcoming various difficulties and uniting together, it took two days to safely lift new equipment to the designated location of the new plant. During the unloading process, the employees were not afraid of the cold and gave full play to their intelligence and wisdom in the weather of minus 20 degrees. They gathered in a broad sense and cooperated with each other to find ways to use the cranes in the narrow space of unloading operations. Move the equipment to the ground and then use a forklift to move it to the factory. When the large equipment components are moved, the crane cannot lift the equipment smoothly. After everyone studies together, the weight and weight of the lifting equipment can be adjusted smoothly. Move the equipment to the ground, and use the front of the equipment to support the two hydraulic trucks, and use the forklift to lift the equipment at the rear end so that the equipment can safely move to the factory one by one.
